In his role as Talent Acquisition Director, Young has sourced some of the most reliable and qualified
candidates for his multi-sector client base.
With a longstanding network of regional contacts, Young has successfully recruited candidates from
entry to director level with a specialization in Life Sciences and Technology across the Asian Pacific and
EMEA regions.

Complimenting his offline recruitment experience, Alex also developed vast online experience working
with market leaders Fish4Jobs in the UK and Bayt.com in the Middle East. In his most recent role with
Bayt.com, the largest job site in the region with over 1.3 million monthly visitors, his team provided
online recruitment services to over two million candidates.
